As an R&D Intern, you will work closely with the laboratory team and assist in developing and testing cosmetic and skincare products.

Job Description:

•  Assist chemists in analyzing raw materials, samples, and finished products.
•  Prepare and label samples for stability, efficacy, and safety testing.
•  Support formulation experiments for skincare, personal care, or hair care products.
•  Maintain cleanliness and calibration of lab equipment and workstations.
•  Assist in documentation of lab data, formulation sheets, and testing results.
•  Participate in research related to new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
•  Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and laboratory quality procedures.
•  Support small-scale production and pilot testing for client samples.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety, measurements, and formulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in learning.
