Job Description

  • Support in the planning & execution of social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Build & execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify current trends.
  • Help manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Involve in product photoshooting, basic photo/video editing for contect creation or Canva design work.
  • Support the execution of advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads), monitor ad performance & track engagement metrics (likes, clicks, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
  • Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and brand communication.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic analytics.
  • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start immediately and commit to internship duration.
