Job Description
- Assist in developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Focus on creating appealing & creative digital content for company’s various social media platforms. Work to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote customer engagement & brand awareness.
- Involve in product photoshooting, basic photo/video editing or Canva design work.
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads), monitor ad performance & track engagement metrics (likes, clicks, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments (design ,sales and marketing team etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Able to learn the knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Deal with potential customers who are approaching via various social media channels.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Passionate about social media, beauty, skincare, and digital storytelling.
- Familiar with social media management tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps) is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative, analytical, and able to work both independently and in a team.
