Job Description
- Assist in food production / cooking / retort packaging line for ready-to-eat meals and sauces.
- Support kitchen crew in preparing ingredients, following recipes for sauces or retort meals.
- Assist in cooking, measuring, mixing, and packaging operations under supervision.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (especially in retort / sealed pouch manufacturing).
- Help with basic testing or sampling of products (taste / texture / consistency).
- Collaborate with R&D or QC teams to ensure consistent flavour and product quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary, Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- Interest in kitchen culinary R&D / food manufacturing
- Able to follow recipes / procedures and maintain hygiene / quality standards.
- Willing to learn kitchen / production processes.
- Able to work in production environment (clean, possibly heat or retort processes).
