Job Description

  • Assist in food production / cooking / retort packaging line for ready-to-eat meals and sauces.
  • Support kitchen crew in preparing ingredients, following recipes for sauces or retort meals.
  • Assist in cooking, measuring, mixing, and packaging operations under supervision.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (especially in retort / sealed pouch manufacturing).
  • Help with basic testing or sampling of products (taste / texture / consistency).
  • Collaborate with R&D or QC teams to ensure consistent flavour and product quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary, Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
  • Interest in kitchen culinary R&D / food manufacturing
  • Able to follow recipes / procedures and maintain hygiene / quality standards.
  • Willing to learn kitchen / production processes.
  • Able to work in production environment (clean, possibly heat or retort processes).
