Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for their ready-to-eat food & sauce products.
• Help run social media campaigns, product seeding, influencer & KOL coordination to promote products.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis focused on packaged food, sauces, retort meals, etc.
• Support creation of digital content (graphics, captions, short videos) for product promotions.
• Monitor ad campaigns (Facebook / Instagram) and track metrics such as reach, web traffic, engagement and sales conversions.
• Collaborate with sales, production, design teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.
• Communicate with potential agents/distributors or customers via social media / email.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn about food manufacturing / FMCG.
• Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, FB, Instagram, etc.).
• Good communication skills (English / Malay).
• Able to do market / competitor research and basic data interpretation.
