Job Description

  • Perform general administrative support tasks daily to ensure smooth operation of the real estate office.
  • Handle documentation, data entry, filing and maintaining both digital and physical records (property listings, client files, contracts).
  • Assist with Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel)  prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports.
  • Answer and manage telephone and email communications; link clients, agents, and office staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments / property viewings / site visits.
  • Support updating online listings, ensuring details are accurate and current.
  • Assist in preparation of client communications / proposals / quotations.
  • Maintain a collaborative, tidy, and organized working environment; ensure good office supply levels.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor / management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM / Certificate; ideally Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Office Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative work advantageous, especially in real estate / property sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel; ability to learn any internal systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work full-time, office-based.
