Job Description
- Perform general administrative support tasks daily to ensure smooth operation of the real estate office.
- Handle documentation, data entry, filing and maintaining both digital and physical records (property listings, client files, contracts).
- Assist with Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel) prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports.
- Answer and manage telephone and email communications; link clients, agents, and office staff.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments / property viewings / site visits.
- Support updating online listings, ensuring details are accurate and current.
- Assist in preparation of client communications / proposals / quotations.
- Maintain a collaborative, tidy, and organized working environment; ensure good office supply levels.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor / management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: SPM / Certificate; ideally Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Office Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in administrative work advantageous, especially in real estate / property sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel; ability to learn any internal systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work full-time, office-based.
