Job Description
- Prepare and serve beverages and desserts (bingsu, coffee, and specialty teas) with care and creativity.
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the dining area and service counter are clean and presentable.
- Take orders accurately and handle POS/cash register when needed.
- Assist during busy hours and work closely with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizen; friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of café beverages or willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (basic English is a plus).
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- OKU-friendly we welcome individuals with hearing impairment or special needs to apply.
