Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Monday – Friday  (9 am -6.00pm), Saturday 9.30-4.00
3 months probation
Maintains a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio to ensure better focus and personalized attention

Job Description:

• Teach English to Young Learners (ages ~5-12) using engaging, age-appropriate materials and methods.
• Prepare students for IELTS (reading, writing, listening, speaking) for those in older age groups.
• Plan and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and student proficiency levels.
• Assess student progress regularly, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain classroom discipline, create a positive learning environment, and motivate students.
• Communicate with parents about student performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, and school-wide academic events.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, TESL / TEFL / Education, or equivalent.
• Prior experience teaching Young Learners and/or preparing students for IELTS preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant teaching training may be considered.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to plan lessons and use a variety of teaching strategies.
• Patience, creativity, and ability to engage young children.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to assist in extra-curricular academic work where needed.
