Job Description:
- Prepare desserts, cakes and table top items and ensure it is ready by 8.30am
- Prepare misen place for next day
- Stock check and receiving.
- Make sure to comply to SOP
- Organise kitchen to make sure it is clean and hygiene
- Assist chef in daily operation and events
- Report any issue in the kitchen
- Assist other team members when it is needed
- Ensure to order ingredients to make sure no shortage
- Daily kitchen cleaning after shift
- Weekly deep cleaning.
