Job Description:
- Handling morning pastry and breads proofing and baking and to ensure all baked items to be ready and display at the shelf by 8.15am
- Preparing pastry and breads dough.
- Temper butter for laminated dough
- Shaping of breads items
- Cooking and frying of breads
- Prepare fillings for the next day service
- Stock check and receiving.
- Make sure to comply to SOP
- Organise kitchen to make sure it is clean and hygiene
- Assist chef in daily operation and events
- Report any issue in the kitchen
- Assist other team members when it is needed
- Ensure to order ingredients to make sure no shortage
- Daily kitchen cleaning after shift
- Weekly deep cleaning.
