Work time : One day rest in a week, 10am – 7pm (1 hour break time)
Salary Range : Based on experience + attractive commission 
Location: Jalan Lapan Belas & Warisan Square (Sabah)  | George Town (Penang) 

Job Description:

• Manage and grow Radiant Maz’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop creative marketing content that showcases Malaysia’s Nyonya-inspired chocolates and coffee culture.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate influencer/KOL marketing and social media engagement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect insights, and prepare marketing reports.
• Collaborate closely with retail and design teams to align online and in-store branding.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in digital or retail marketing preferred (fresh grads welcome).
• Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Passionate about storytelling, culture, and lifestyle branding.
• Proficient in English and Malay but chinese is an advantage for company's Social Media platforms
