Work time : One day rest in a week, 10am – 7pm (1 hour break time)
Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Based on experience + performance incentives)
Location: Jalan Lapan Belas & Warisan Square (Sabah)  | George Town (Penang) 
 

Job Description:

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage inventory, product display, and store visual presentation according to brand standards.
• Prepare simple daily sales and stock reports for management.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure service quality excellence.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff in Radiant Maz brand culture and SOPs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B supervision.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Passionate about Malaysian heritage products and customer engagement.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese (advantage handling customers)
