Work time : One day rest in a week, 10am – 7pm (1 hour break time)
Location: Jalan Lapan Belas & Warisan Square (Sabah)  |  George Town (Penang) 
Salary Range: Based on experience + attractive commission 

Job Description:

• Deliver warm, personalized customer service that reflects Malaysia’s Nyonya-inspired hospitality.
• Promote and share product knowledge about Radiant Maz’s premium chocolates, coffee, and heritage-inspired offerings.
• Manage daily retail operations including stock arrangement, cashiering, and store cleanliness.
• Engage customers in multiple languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English / Mandarin) to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in product sampling, visual merchandising, and festive promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; retail or F&B experience is an added advantage.
• Friendly, proactive, and passionate about Malaysian culture and artisanal food.
• Able to communicate confidently in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (with rotational off days).
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
