Job Description:
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service that reflects Malaysia’s Nyonya-inspired hospitality.
- Promote and share product knowledge about Radiant Maz’s premium chocolates, coffee, and heritage-inspired offerings.
- Manage daily retail operations including stock arrangement, cashiering, and store cleanliness.
- Engage customers in multiple languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English / Mandarin) to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in product sampling, visual merchandising, and festive promotions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; retail or F&B experience is an added advantage.
- Friendly, proactive, and passionate about Malaysian culture and artisanal food.
- Able to communicate confidently in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (with rotational off days).
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
