Job Description : 

As a Part-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative and accounting operations of the company. Your main duties include:

  • Performing data entry for administrative and accounting records accurately.
  • Assisting with document filing, invoice tracking, and record management.
  • Updating and maintaining financial data using Excel or SQL software.
  • Supporting daily operations such as report preparation and coordination between departments.
  • Assisting the management team in ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Job Requirements : 

1. Education: Min SPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (students or fresh graduates are welcome).

2. Experience:

  • RM 12 -13 / hour – with some relevant experience / with accounting or data entry experience.
  • RM10/hour – no experience but willing to learn. 
  • Intership are welcome (3month available)

3. Skills:​

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL software is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

4. Work Arrangement: 5 days per week, 9am–6pm (working hours can be adjusted based on agreement).
