- Assist in daily order processing from online platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Website, WhatsApp).
- Support inventory management: stock check, packing accuracy, and item tagging.
- Monitor and ensure timely fulfilment and dispatch of customer orders.
- Update order and fulfilment reports using company systems.
- Communicate with customers via chat/email for inquiries, exchanges, or returns.
- Participate in after-sales support and customer satisfaction tracking.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support store or campaign activities (clearance, restock, new arrivals, live events).
- Contribute to internal improvement ideas for CX workflow and efficiency.
