Job Responsibilities : 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Client Support & Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
  • Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and improve service
  • Operational Support
  • Conduct research, prepare client reports and presentations
  • Assist with preparation of proposals and client communications
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs
  • Provide client feedback to support continuous product and service improvements

Job Requirement : 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, relationship management, or customer service)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • ​A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will be added advantages (Cantonese is a plus).
