Job Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Client Support & Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address client issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
- Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and improve service
- Operational Support
- Conduct research, prepare client reports and presentations
- Assist with preparation of proposals and client communications
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs
- Provide client feedback to support continuous product and service improvements
Job Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, relationship management, or customer service)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will be added advantages (Cantonese is a plus).
