Job Description:
- Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the SCMIS platform.
- Support data entry, validation, and management to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and resolve system issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate technical problems.
- Provide user support and training for effective system use.
- Help generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
- Support integration between SCMIS and other systems.
- Maintain documentation of processes and updates.
- Stay updated on new SCMIS features and assist with their implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and technology.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SCMIS or ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Interested in learning about supply chain systems and industry standards.
- Ability to work well with technical teams and support system troubleshooting.
