Job Description:

  • Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the SCMIS platform.
  • Support data entry, validation, and management to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and resolve system issues.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate technical problems.
  • Provide user support and training for effective system use.
  • Help generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
  • Support integration between SCMIS and other systems.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and updates.
  • Stay updated on new SCMIS features and assist with their implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SCMIS or ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Interested in learning about supply chain systems and industry standards.
  • Ability to work well with technical teams and support system troubleshooting.
