What You’ll Do:
- Identify and contact potential employers (via calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Guide clients through free trial accounts and convert them into paid users
- Present and promote JobJe’s job posting packages
- Manage sales funnel and maintain CRM records
- Share market feedback to improve our offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales / recruitment / HR tech
- Strong communication skills (English & BM)
- Confident, independent, and results-driven
- Familiar with CRM tools and digital outreach
- Passionate about helping employers find young talents
