Job Description
Foodom Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive / Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll administration, employee relations, and HR reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including calculations for salary, overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as attendance, leave, and personnel data.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports including headcount, turnover rate, and payroll cost summaries.
- Ensure compliance with the latest HR regulations, statutory requirements, and employment law amendments.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administrative duties.
- Coordinate employee welfare, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations as required.
- Support HR policies, SOPs, and company initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Able to work on weekends when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor Law, or equivalent.
- Have experience (at least 3 years) using payroll systems and HR software.
- Proficient in payroll computation, including overtime, allowances, claims, and leave management.
- Good understanding of Employment Act 1955, HR best practices, and current statutory updates.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
- Own transportation is required.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
