Job Description : 

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Canteen Supervisor to assist in the daily management of our factory canteen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ensuring that kitchen and service activities run efficiently under the direction of the F&B Manager.This role requires hands-on supervision, staff coordination, and the ability to handle ad-hoc operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate daily canteen operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Support the F&B Manager in ensuring smooth kitchen and dining area performance.
  • Lead and guide kitchen and service staff to meet quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards.
  • Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and discipline.
  • Ensure timely meal preparation and service according to factory shift schedules.
  • Manage stock usage and inform the manager of low inventory or supply needs.
  • Handle and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the F&B Manager.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and safety practices in all areas of operation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and ensure teamwork.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in a canteen or large-scale kitchen operation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily operations and supervise a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory control and staff coordination.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to handle ad-hoc duties efficiently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and across different shifts if required.
