Vacancies : 3–5 (available)
Working Days: 6 days/week – 8.5 hours/day (1-hour break)
- Lunch Shift: 10:00AM – 6:30PM
- Dinner Shift: 2:00PM – 10:30PM
Job Description :
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on leader who can keep the good vibes going while making sure everything in the store runs like clockwork, from great service to great burgers! If you love leading a team, serving smiles, and keeping things smooth under pressure, this might just be your next adventure.
1. Keep the Operations Flowing
- – Oversee the daily operations, from shift scheduling to store cleanliness and smooth service.
- – Make sure the outlet runs efficiently while maintaining our signature myBurgerLab energy.
- – Handle any hiccups or issues calmly and quickly.
2. Champion Great Service
- – Lead by example to deliver warm, friendly, and memorable customer experiences.
- – Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues with care and professionalism.
- – Keep the service fast, accurate, and filled with positive vibes.
3. Maintain Top-Notch Quality
- – Ensure every burger and side dish meets our quality and presentation standards.
- – Follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- – Keep an eye on product consistency, food safety, and hygiene.
4. Lead and Grow Your Team
- – Train, motivate, and guide your crew to be their best.
- – Help with onboarding new team members and conducting ongoing training.
- – Give regular feedback and build a positive, respectful work culture.
5. Manage Inventory & Safety
- – Oversee stock levels, manage ordering, and reduce waste.
- – Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety guidelines are followed.
- – Conduct safety training, drills, and keep an emergency plan in check.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher.
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or a similar fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, engaging personality. You set the tone for the team and the customers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Cool-headed under pressure and adaptable to change.
- A real team player who believes in collaboration and good vibes.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Open to Malaysians only.
