Vacancies :  3–5 (available)
Working Days: 6 days/week – 8.5 hours/day (1-hour break)

  • Lunch Shift: 10:00AM – 6:30PM
  • Dinner Shift: 2:00PM – 10:30PM

Job Description : 

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on leader who can keep the good vibes going while making sure everything in the store runs like clockwork, from great service to great burgers! If you love leading a team, serving smiles, and keeping things smooth under pressure, this might just be your next adventure.

1. Keep the Operations Flowing

  • – Oversee the daily operations, from shift scheduling to store cleanliness and smooth service.
  • – Make sure the outlet runs efficiently while maintaining our signature myBurgerLab energy.
  • – Handle any hiccups or issues calmly and quickly.

2. Champion Great Service

  • – Lead by example to deliver warm, friendly, and memorable customer experiences.
  • – Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues with care and professionalism.
  • – Keep the service fast, accurate, and filled with positive vibes.

3. Maintain Top-Notch Quality

  • – Ensure every burger and side dish meets our quality and presentation standards.
  • – Follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • – Keep an eye on product consistency, food safety, and hygiene.

4. Lead and Grow Your Team

  • – Train, motivate, and guide your crew to be their best.
  • – Help with onboarding new team members and conducting ongoing training.
  • – Give regular feedback and build a positive, respectful work culture.

5. Manage Inventory & Safety

  • – Oversee stock levels, manage ordering, and reduce waste.
  • – Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety guidelines are followed.
  • – Conduct safety training, drills, and keep an emergency plan in check.

Job Requirements : 

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, engaging personality. You set the tone for the team and the customers.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Cool-headed under pressure and adaptable to change.
  • A real team player who believes in collaboration and good vibes.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Open to Malaysians only.
