Locations: Seapark | OUG | Sunway | Cyberjaya | MyTOWN Shopping Centre | Mid Valley Megamall | Sunway 163 Mall | Kota Kemuning | Semenyih | Setia Alam
Working Days: 6 days/week – 8.5 hours/day (1-hour break)

  • Lunch Shift: 10:00AM – 6:30PM
  • Dinner Shift: 2:00PM – 10:30PM

Job Description :

Whether you’re at the grill, serving customers, or keeping things running smoothly, you’ll be part of a team that values fun, learning, and quality.

1. Customer Service & Experience​

  • Greet and serve guests with a smile. Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service that makes every visit special.
  • Interact with customers to take orders, discover preferences, and make great recommendations.
  • Manage customer expectations and respond positively to feedback or questions.
  • Maintain a welcoming, tidy, and homey dining area for all guests.

2. Operations & Food Preparation

  • Master every station, from grill to prep to plating, and ensure all food meets myBurgerLab’s high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Prepare food according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve consistency and quality.
  • Use tools such as checklists, timers, thermometers, and station cheat sheets to work effectively.
  • Keep the kitchen organized and clean; follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to your supervisor.

Job Requirements :

  • Able to communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin or Tamil is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. No experience required!
  • High sense of urgency, responsibility, and punctuality.
  • Positive attitude, cheerful, eager to learn, and a team player.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Open to Malaysians only.
