You’ll rotate through key business functions to build a holistic understanding of the business, develop leadership competencies and prepare for managerial roles.

Job Description :

• Undergo structured rotational assignments across departments (e.g., Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Engagement, Operations)
• Assist in executing campaigns, managing projects, reporting results and contributing to business growth
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and propose improvement actions
• Engage with team members, stakeholders and clients to support business initiatives
• Participate in training, mentoring and leadership development modules

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of work experience welcomed
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Proactive, results-oriented and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change
• Willing to travel, work in different functions and take on responsibilities
