Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) | Saturday (9am to 1pm)
Location: Prima Klang Avenue Business Centre, Klang, Selangor.
 (Next to Syabas, Pejabat Tanah, MPK, and LHDN. Close to Jalan Tenku Kelana.)

Job Description : 

• Coordinate import & export shipments via sea and air, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and internal departments to arrange bookings, documentation, and delivery.
• Prepare, check, and manage shipping documents (e.g., BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, COO).
• Assist in troubleshooting shipment issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records, job files, and system data accurately.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, operations, and warehouse teams.
• Support billing process by verifying charges and ensuring correct invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.

Job Requirements : 

• At least 1–2 years’ working experience in freight forwarding (sea & air) is required.
• Fresh Grads in Diploma / Degree / Professional Cert in these fields are most welcome to join:

• Able to work independently. 
• Salary to commensurate experience and performance.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of international logistics processes (import/export, customs requirements, carrier booking).
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Candidates with additional logistics system knowledge are preferred.
