Location: Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya
Working days & hours: Mon-Sat (9.30 am to 6.30pm)
Job Description:
- Handle dealer orders, quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Support Sales Advisors & Supervisors in order processing
- Update CRM/sales tracking sheets daily
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries
- Maintain strong communication with resellers/dealers
- Assist the sales team with administrative task
- Manage customer records & ensure data accuracy
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients and follow-up on customer feedback
- Process orders, invoices, and maintain customer records
- Communicate with clients and handle inquiries professionally
- Coordinate meetings and schedules
- Ensure efficient office operations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Supply Chain or relevant field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales admin is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized & able to multitask
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Customer-service oriented with a positive mindset
- Basic understanding of AV / electronics products is an added advantage
