Job Description : 

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join the Customer Migration Activation Team. The team will play a key role in supporting customer migration activities, ensuring smooth data validation, communication handling, and issue resolution during the transition process.
The role requires strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet project milestones.

  • Assist in Customer Migration Activities to ensure seamless transition and system activation.
  • Validate company profiles and detailed information to prepare accurate data for migration.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support companies throughout the migration process.
  • Manage and respond to emails related to customer migration queries and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Channels, ITSME, and other vendors) to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit status reports as required by the project management team.
  • Be onsite to support customer activation and migration activities during critical project phases.
  • Work extended hours or on public holidays, whenever necessary to meet migration milestones.
  • Use vendor-provided laptops that comply with HLBB’s IT security and configuration requirements.

Job Requirements : 

  • Willing to undergo minimum of 5 days online trainning
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills; capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
  • Basic background check clearance is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general computer literacy.

Additional Information : 

  • The vendor will supply laptops for the Activation Team.
  • Laptops must be submitted to the client’s IT department for hardening/configuration (approx. 1-week process).
  • The role may require flexibility in working hours to meet project targets.
  • Reports To: Project Manager / Customer Migration Lead
