About the role

• As a Mandarin-speaking Full Stack PHP Developer at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of high-performance web systems. You’ll play a key role in designing new product features, fixing bugs, and supporting cross-functional teams by delivering robust backend solutions. This position involves frequent collaboration with operations and after-sales teams, particularly for projects involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders. 

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of PHP projects, including developing high-performance websites with PHP, designing product features, detecting and handling bugs, and writing technical documentation.

负责 PHP 项目的研发、维护与管理，包括使用 PHP 开发高性能网站、产品功能设计、Bug 检测及处理、撰写技术文档。

• Involved in the overall planning, feature design, development, system testing, and implementation of new projects.

参与新项目的整体规划、功能设计、开发、系统测试和实施等工作。

• Write development documentation for new product features and design product databases.

编写新产品各项功能的开发文档，并进行产品数据库的设计。

• Design and develop new feature modules and management tools based on requirements submitted by the after-sales team.

根据售后人员提交的功能需求，设计并开发新功能模块和管理工具。

• Regularly communicate with operations and after-sales team to gather feedback and address issues.

定期与运维人员和售后人员沟通，获取反馈信息并进行相应处理。

• Provide technical support based on feedback from relevant departments, maintain the stable operation of business system code, and handle system bugs.

根据相关部门的反馈提供技术支持，维护各业务系统代码的稳定运行，处理系统中的 Bug。

• Responsible for upgrading, iterating, and maintaining product feature modules.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required

最低学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位

• Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)

精通中文（口语与书写）

• At least 1-2 years of  experience as a PHP Developer.

至少1-2年的PHP开发经验;

• Experience in developing applications using PHP, with excellent knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, ThinkPHP, Zend, or CodeIgniter.

有使用 PHP 开发应用程序的经验，对 PHP 框架（如 Laravel、ThinkPHP、Zend 或 CodeIgniter）有很好的了解。

• Strong understanding of the coroutine framework Swoole and frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap and Layui.

对协程框架 Swoole 和前端框架（如 Bootstrap 和 Layui）有深入了解。

• Familiar with frontend technologies including HTML5 (DIV+CSS3), JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, and Vue.

• Familiar with PHP caching technologies and NoSQL technologies, with experience in handling large data volumes and load balancing.

• Experienced with Unix/Linux operating systems, capable of independently configuring and tuning LAMP and LNMP environments.

有 Unix/Linux 操作系统的经验，能够独立配置和调优 LAMP 和 LNMP 环境。

• Experienced in developing systems with large data volumes, high traffic, and high concurrency, with effective handling solutions.

具备开发大数据量、高访问量和高并发系统的经验，拥有成熟的处理方案。

• Familiar with configuring Nginx servers and knowledgeable about load balancing, redundancy, and other operational technologies.

熟悉 Nginx 服务器的配置，了解负载均衡、冗余备份等运维技术。

• Experienced in database index optimization, query optimization, and storage optimization.

具有数据库索引优化、查询优化和存储优化的经验。

• Strong communication skills, excellent self-learning ability, Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, and strong fault analysis and troubleshooting abilities

具有良好的沟通能力、优秀的自学能力、高度的责任心，良好的团队合作能力、有较强的故障分析及排除能力。

Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur
 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus alternate Saturdays (twice a month)
 
Off Days: 6 days off per month (including Sundays and alternate Saturdays)
