 Job Responsibilities : 

1. Showroom Sales

  • Greet customers and provide professional product consultation.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
  • Demonstrate product features, materials, measurements, and usage.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and assist customers with purchase decisions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

2. Customer Service

  • Maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers.
  • Follow up with leads, quotations, and after-sales enquiries.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support repeat purchases.

3. Showroom Operations

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product arrangement, and displays.
  • Ensure all furniture is properly labelled, priced, and presented attractively.
  • Assist in stock checking and coordinating with warehouse or delivery teams.

4. Marketing & Content Support

  • ​Take simple product photos or videos for social media.
  • Write short captions and assist in basic posting on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok.
  • Participate in promotional activities and campaigns when needed.

Job Requirements : 

  • Malaysian, Age 18 to 40 years old.
  • No experience required, full training will be provided.
  • Passionate about sales, customer interaction, and furniture products.
  • Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Willing to work on weekends and retail hours.
