• Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuing contracts
• Managing of project briefing, proposals & presentations
• Manage clients' projects through coordination with the team and ensure quality delivery
• Coordinating day-to-day communications between creative team and clients
• Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets for all meetings
• Making sure that your projects/campaigns run smoothly and have strong problem-solving ability
• Responsible for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability in services delivery

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must possess at least a degree/diploma in Business Studies/Business Administration/International Business/Marketing/Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent
• Candidates that contain 1 year or above working experience in the business development/customer service field will be priority
• Fluent in English (written and verbal), and Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients. 
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Looks presentable, result-oriented and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to meet customer.
