Location: Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru (JB)
Industry: Premium & Imported Frozen Food Distribution
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Working Hours : 5.5 Days 9am-5.30pm

Job Description: 

• Record customer payments and update the accounting system accurately.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Assist with daily administrative and finance-related tasks.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing matters.
• Support the Accounts Department to ensure smooth month-end closing.

Job Requirements : 

• Familiar to AUTO COUNT System, Payment Reconciliation, Aging Report Analysis, Collections Management
• Data Entry Accuracy
• Min SPM but with 1-3 Years
• Or any studies in Business Studies, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• Able to read and write basic English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Neat, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Efficient and disciplined in completing tasks.
