Position: Technician – Civil

Location: Johor-kota Iskandar

Working Days: 5 Days 2 Days Off

Minimum: Certificate/diploma In Civil Or Mechanical Or Equivalent

Range Salary: Rm 2300 – Rm 2800

Intake: Immediately

Technician Civil Responsibilities:

  • Perform corrective and scheduled maintenance for civil and mechanical services.

  • Repair and inspect civil works, plumbing, and building structures.

  • Identify and report equipment faults for prompt action.

  • Ensure safety in mechanical and electrical rooms.

  • Monitor water tank levels and pump conditions.

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Technician Mechanical Responsibilities:

· Prepare & execute works orders for Corrective and Planned Preventive Maintenance to Mechanical Services including:

  • Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV)
  • Fire Alarm, Fire Monitoring and Fire Fighting System
  • Cold Water and Booster Pumping System
  • Vertical Transport Systems
  • and Other Mechanical Systems

  • Perform the repairs & maintenance of all mechanical breakdowns of the mechanical system.

  • Responsible for the efficient operations and functions of all mechanical installations and equipment’s such as Fire Protection system, Air-conditioning system, Water supply system, and building maintenance services.

  • Ensure safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms, including standby generator sets, LV switch rooms, Chiller plants, Water supply pump rooms, switch room.

  • All other duties assigned from time to time by the superior and/or company.

Technician Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate are Encourage to Apply

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property/facilities management.

  • Strong understanding of building services for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.

  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

  • Computer literate.
