Working in Singapore as Food & Beverage Management Trainee for an MNC 

Employment Pass – Salary range from $2,800 to $3,500 per month

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Retail Management
• ​No Experience require.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Adaptability and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop a well-rounded understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
• Assist in the day-to-day management of a retail store or F&B outlet, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to senior management
• Hands-on, Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
