Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and feedback, while ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries, including feedback, appointment arrangements, and complaints, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle customer support via voice (calls) and professional email communication.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive product and service information to customers.
• Accurately input customer booking details into the booking system.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful approach to all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant certification in any field.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English, Mandarin / Cantonese.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (call centre experience will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with booking systems and CRM tools.
• Positive working attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven in achieving performance targets.
