Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and explain Home Appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances) to customers.
- Deliver a premium in-store shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable home appliance solutions.
- Support and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability.
- Stay updated with the latest product features, promotions, and technologies.
- Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.
Job Requirement
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
