Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register patients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Assist in the execution and administration of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

  • Support recruitment activities, compensation and benefits, payroll management, staff development and others.

  • Create, maintain, and update personnel records and internal database.

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Requirements

  • Internship student who in Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent

  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

  • Presentable, friendly and customer-service oriented

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Sales-driven mindset is a bonus
