Key Responsibilities
-
Welcome and register patients in a professional and friendly manner
-
Assist in the execution and administration of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

Support recruitment activities, compensation and benefits, payroll management, staff development and others.
-
Create, maintain, and update personnel records and internal database.
-
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Requirements
-
Internship student who in Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent
-
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
-
Presentable, friendly and customer-service oriented
-
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-
Sales-driven mindset is a bonus
