- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage outlet daily operation.
- Ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements.
- Job Requirements:
- At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry.
- Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Initiative and good leadership skills in manage a team.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.
