Job scope
• Outlet staff management and scheduling
• Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Outlet sales and profitability
• Direct potential customers into the restaurant
• Explain and promote products and offerings
• Customer service
• Daily cash reporting
• To welcome and greet customer with a big smile and enthusiasm
• To brew coffee and to serve the drinks to customers
• Ensure every drink and food serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
• Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables that need to be used for food preparation purposes.
• Arrange for ovens and cooking ranges to be set at proper heat levels.
• Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level
• Candidate must have at least 1 year experience as a Supervisor in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities.
• Basic English will be an advantage
• Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays
• No health issue/critical illness
