OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (SINGAPORE)
Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/ A Level
Job Scope: 1. Attending to customer phone calls
2. Checking of bus movements; trips arrangements
3. Liaison with bus drivers and external bus maintenance vendors
4. Ensuring the working condition of bus GPS and CCTV systems
5. Application, distribution and tracking of driver’s diesel tags
6. Assist in dispatch and back up bus arrangements
7. Understudy with operations manager
Requirements:
1. Malaysian who is residing in Johor Bharu.
2. Preferably one male, one female (Age: 20 – 38 years old)
3. SPM – Chinese speaking
4. Someone who manages stress and has ability to work under pressure
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Tentatively) – 8 hours/day. OT is payable if applicable.
Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
