REQUIREMENTS:
• Fulltime
• Male / Female
• Computer Literate
• Proficient / Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Working experience and command of spoken Mandarin an advantage
• Possess own transport
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Basic salary – minimum RM1,800.00
• 5½ days working week
JOB SCOPE:
1) Handle customer inquiries via phone calls / emails
2) Promote and explain about company's products' services / prices
3) Maintain records of customers' contact details (name / address / contact no.), payment method and enter into car rental system
4) Check-in / Check-out for car rental
5) Maintain good relationship with existing and new customers
6) Handling customers complaints
7) Perform filing, and record of car rental details and other operations / administrative duties
8) Other ad hoc duties as assigned
