Job Description
– Monitor to ensure all walk-in clients for insurance services are served promptly and efficiently.
– Attend to in-house and external clients, source for competitive insurance quotes, prepare and present insurance quotations, arranging to issue insurance cover notes and advice slips.
– Monitoring of insurance renewals so as to ensure all policies are renewed promptly.
– Assist in developing of new insurance business.
– Checking and delivering of insurance policies and endorsements to clients.
– Preparation of monthly marketing and performance reports.
– To ensure all insurance premiums are collected promptly and forward the same to the Operations Support/Finance Department immediately.
