• Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages.
• Ensure that all tea drinks are made to the customer's satisfaction, and according to the shop's standards
• Keep the shop clean and well-stocked, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, restocking supplies, and keeping the shop's work area clean and organized
• Take customer orders, handle cash and credit card payments, and operate a point of-sale (POS) system
