Job Details

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Lead Production Team to deliver output
• Monitor production processes and maintenance activities
• Directing, supervising the team and ensure production processes are implemented as schedule
• Identify issues and improve processes
• Liase with customer on production schedule
• Reporting to HQ should there be any major breakdown, quality & other related issue related to the production
• Other related function deems necessary

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess SPM/STPM or Professional Certicate, or,
• Diploma/Advance/Higher/Bachelor's Degree/Post, or,
• Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Priority given to those who are experienced in Adhesive Chemicals and applications, Manufacturing with technical and maintenance knowledge
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office and Technical
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Possess own transport
• Training will be provided for the successful candidates, and they can expect an attractive and good remuneration.
