Description

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organise, monitor site activities and update the work progress report as and when required.
2. Coordinate with Sales Designer, Site Supervisor and Production team on the project timeline and address any issues that arise.
3. Provide installation schedule to the installation teams for on-site installation work and final finishing work.
4. Conduct a checklist for the installation teams so that no items and equipment are left behind before proceed for on-site installation work.
5. To liaise/follow up with the vendors and appointed sub-contractors on the work progress and update.
6. To create job order and delivery order for transportations of finished goods to customer’s house.
7. To entertains, update and respond to customer’s inquiries.
8. Responsibility to close project within timeline.
9. To follow up on any pending issues and backlogs.
10. Any other task assigned by the management
