Description

1. To lead and handle daily production activities.
2. To prepare, review and monitor production schedule.
3. To utilize production capacity for daily delivery in order to meet customer orders.
4. To achieve production target & prepare production reports
5. To inspect Products to verify conformance to specifications and adjustments of machines.
6. To monitor incoming materials, in process and finished goods.
7. Pro-actively work to identify, assist in resolving, quality and productivity issues.
8. To ensure the manpower utilization is at optimum level for both production’s employee and Installation crew.
9. To monitor the quality control and quality assurance for final product before being send to customer’s house.
10. Lead efforts to adopt automation and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
11. To ensure the manpower utilization is at optimum level for both production’s employee and Installation crew.
12. In-charge of machine’s maintenance and servicing including scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance and service/breakdown report.
13. Responsible in ensuring the production work station is organized, neat and clean at all times.
14. Lead the Safety and Health committee.
15. To ensure all production employees wear appropriate safety gears when performing a job.
16. Any other task assigned by the management.
