Job Description

-Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting data/information taken up in the accounting system
-Ensure completeness and accuracy of Account Receivable data/information taken up in the accounting system ( Issue) invoices and official recipt in timely basis with complete documentation & billing process).
-Ensure bank books with efficiency and timely updating upon cut off date.
-Ensure all collections are fully reconciled and deposited to bank in timely basis.
-To monitor the collection pace on sufficient fund for expenditure payments.
-Ensure all relevant documents are properly available for audit, liaise with auditor for all issues raised during the audit and prepare accurate schedules for financial auditors.
-To provide credit controllers supports in debt recoveries.
-To perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
