Job Description

1.Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, fire fighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.
2.Manage the operations maintenance of the facility through self delivered teams and specialist subcontractor.
3.Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/ corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teamor subcontractors
4. Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failure or equipment breakdown
5. Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly

Requirement
1. Must have certificateauthorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (A4)
2. Good communication and leadership skills with every level of organization
3.Comfortable to work on shift basis.
4. At least 3 years of experience
