Job Description:

1) The management of the contracted Maintenance service provider to ensure the delivery of services within the agreed budgets.
2) The maintenance and monitoring of procedures and records relating to the Mall's fabric, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
3) The maintenance of the Mall's "Planned Preventive Maintenance" schedule.
4) To assist in the preparation and maintenance of the service charge budget and expenditure.
5) To ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to.
6) To oversee the Mall's service providers and third party and contractors.
7) To ensure that all plant and machinery is being effectively and efficiently maintained by third party contractors in accordance with the maintenance schedules and that all records are accurately maintained.
8) To assist in the maintenance of the "House Rules & Regulations" and "Renovation Guidebook".
9) To assist in the maintenance of the Mall's emergency planning and business continuity plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness.
10) To ensure that all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures are correctly completed and adhered to.
