Job Description

1) Responsible for all administrative functions and provides clerical support to the operations group (engineering, housekeeping and security).
2) Performs clerical activities and prepares basic correspondence, forms and other documents as needed. Enters, compiles and validates data for operational use/reference.
3) Monitor validity of license or renewal on fire extinguishers and fire certificates and etc.
4) Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.
5) Liaise with HR Department on staff training, development and performance assessment.
6) Assists to conduct weekly operations department meeting and to prepare minutes for all meetings held.
7) Keep a log book and compile daily operations reports to be submitted for review by Assistant Operations Manager.
8) Assist to ensure that overtime claim from staff is utilized productively.
9) Liason with HR and Admin Department on asset and purchasing procurement.
10) To disseminate important company information to the department staff when necessary.
11) To perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time
