1)Monitor the online tool efficiency and trends and propose for adjustments if need to.
2)Manage data update and ensuring the data accuracy.
3)Manage online media campaign and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, editorial planning and coordination, community outreach efforts, promotion and etc.
4) Become an advocate of the Megamall in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
5) Monitoring negative response received in social media and coordinate with Crisis Communication Committee on appropriate response.
6) Regularly feedback insights gained from online media and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
7) Work with inter-department to ensure information is kept up to date.
